Looks like it’s Beatles mania all over again. In coinciding with the launch of the Beatles remastered catalogue, DJ group extraordinaire the Twilight Action Girl will be presenting a night of Beatles Love Fest: Kom, Gib Mir Deine Hand (I want to hold your hand).

Apart from spinning Beatles tracks, power pop indie band Couple will also be performing a set tribute to the Beatles. Who better to play Beatles cover songs other then Couple. Check out their music on MySpace, it just screams Beatles, Beach Boys vibe.

Couple had this to say on their blog post :-

As for the songs I listed above? They’re kind of obvious as Beatles classics, aren’t they? I’m sure you can find a lot of pub bands who do those songs flawlessly around the city, so why should we do them, right? So, what should you expect from our set this coming Friday night? Beatles classics, of course, but not what you’d normally expect, I guess. That, and a whole lot of rock n roll!

So expect to see something different then just the Beatles Classic.
