End the year with the last big music festival for 2009. Rock The World will bring together Malaysia’s finest musical acts on three stages rocking. Check out the line-up list in the previous post.
Here are some things to take note of :-
- Remember to charge the batteries of your camera if you are planing to bring one. Nothing frustrates more then having a camera with no power.
- Have a good breakfast, it’s going to be a long day.
- Pack a small umbrella or a rain coat. Don’t let the Malaysia’s infamous rainy weather stop you from rocking.
- Wear something on your head, a cap, bandana or big floppy hats. Fedora hat is always fashionable.
- Leave behind your designer duds at home. You don’t want to lose them, ruin them or worst, look like you’re trying to hard.
- Don’t ware flip-flops. Protect yourself from people stepping on your toes. Believe me they will. Don’t wear Crocs either. Then again, never ever wear Crocs.
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and hand sanitizer should always be in your festival survivor kit.
- Drink a lot of water.
- Try to stay for the whole day. Show your support for the line-up and the event festival.
- Prepare to get dirty, sweaty, exhausted, frustrated at times, and exhilarated.
- There will be mosh-pits and crowd surfers, people will bump on to you, and you will also bump into other people. Be friendly. Be careful not to hurt yourself and others.
- Lastly enjoy yourself.
