Last Saturday, we saw BB Plaza’s rooftop car park area transformed into a venue of music, arts design and fashion. All hell broke loose as teenage fans gathered in a small confine area for a free gig and some cheap thrill. KAMI the gig at Bukit Jalil last saturday was a good mix of new and old bands. A super gig with over 20 of the best local acts performing to a large crowd in the middle of the Bukit Jalil Stadium carpark. Over 10 hours of non-stop indie music.
The event was split up into three sessions noon, evening and night. I was late, didn’t make it for the early session. Miss out on some great bands like Estrella and Couple but thats alright since I’ve been to many of their gigs.
I was however disappointed for missing out on bands like Harmacy, Laila’s Lounge and Plague of Happiness. It is not that often that these bands play here in K.L.

This is a follow up on Rock on Rave, as posted yesterday. The second day of Rock on Rave was much better then the day before. This time they started on time but the crowd wasn’t. I thought I was early, there are more ’security’ then fans. I wasn’t early because Bunkface was playing.
Apparently I bring my camera but not its battery. Silly, I know. Fortunately I live near by, so it was much of a problem. When back, had lunch at Little Penang, then back to the action.

Last Saturday music lovers gathered at the Polo Pavilion Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort for a 12 hours of fun filled music festival. Sunburst KL 08 Music Festival featured over 26 artists span over 4 stages, 2 each side of the field and both of them are running simultaneously.
