Description

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies! These are timeless in a manner that just peanut butter, oats, and 2 kinds of chocolate chips can be timeless.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar up until smooth. Beat in the peanut butter, vanilla and egg up until well mixed. Integrate the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir up until simply dampened. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips up until equally dispersed. Come by tablespoonfuls on to gently greased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, up until the edges begin to brown. Cool on cookie sheets for about 5 minutes prior to moving to cake rack to cool totally.

Notes

This makes about 25-30 cookies for me.
